Thera-Band Aquatic Hand Bars Light Resistance
Thera-Band Aquatic Hand Bars Light Resistance require 2.5lbs. of force to be fully submerged and also offer resistance as they are moved through the water which can be used to increase upper body strength and range of motion.
The Hand Bars are constructed from two round foam 'weights' connected by a padded handle. The foam floats provide the resistance.
Hand Bars are also available in medium and heavy resistance.
