The Therabeads Cervical Moist Heat Pack is made with hydroscopic beads and fluid that increases the beads ability to caprtue and retain moisture. When the pack is heated in the microwave, the beads release moisture and heat into the skin and muscle tissues which relaxes them and alleviates pain.
