WEST-D Monofilament Tactile Sensitivity Test
The WEST-D monofilament test includes five monofilaments designed to test tactile sensitivity ranging from tactile sensation on the face to loss of protective sensation of the foot. Physicians and other medical professionals use the WEST-D test to test tactual sensation at various locations. The WEST-D monofilament kit includes 1 handle and 5 monofilaments calibrated at the following forces:

- 2.0 grams
- 10.0 grams
This WEST-D monofilament test includes a user manual, a soft protective case and a clicker that can be used to mark the interval of potential stimulation.
