Chattanooga Traction Table with Footswitch

Treatment time is always at a premium and the last thing a practitioner wants is to have to have to manually adjust the table. This can waste valuable time and be incredibly uncomfortable physically for the practitioner. Gone are the days that practices have to use a single-block treatment table. Traction tables offer practices the versatility helpful for diverse practices and innovation has created easy to adjust tables. The Chattanooga Traction table with Footswitch is a great choice because it provides an simple-to-adjust treatment table and can be used to provide the additional modality of traction.

The Chattanooga Traction Table with footswitch is a four-section traction table features a friction-free gliding lumbar section and a turret-mounted traction pedestal, with head and foot sections that incline up to 90°. This allows for maximum versatility in treating diverse conditions and injuries.

To accommodate different conditions and patients of diverse sizes, the head section has a face slot and lowers to 25° while the table height adjusts from 21.5” to 41.5”. The table can be used as a standard treatment table or the split-section design allows the clinician to perform treatment with lower intensities as well as include effective intermittent traction.

Not only that, the elevating foot section can also be used as a head section when a practitioner needs to provide cervical traction, with different available angles for traction. To maximize patient comfort, the adjustable head section was designed to have the patient lie easily in either a prone and supine position when receiving lumbar treatments.

With the available lift, the table can be easily raised so it can be used as a typical treatment table when not delivering traction. What’s more, it has up to 400-pound lifting capacity to accommodate patients of diverse sizes. Each unit comes standard with the unit and practices have the option to use a foot control or a retractable front caster iis available. Traction unit sold separately.
