Foam mattresses are made of all-foam and are sometimes referred to as memory foam mattresses. Ideal for hospital beds as the foam’s viscoelastic properties mold to the body while providing pressure point relief, and is temperature and pressure sensitive.
Spring mattresses are made of columns of metal coils or springs which are encased in foam, forming the support layer.
The mattresses are covered with a fluid-resistant Nylon top and waterproof bottom. Select mattresses are also anti-static and anti-bacterial.
