Although our main office is located in the United States, ProHealthcareProducts.com is glad to have customers all over the world. We sell healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, research labs, universities, companies, and individuals in over 50 different countries.  Our customers speak Spanish, Portuguese, English, German, French, and dozens of other languages.  We are glad to be able to provide products and services to our customers wherever they are located.

ProHealthcareProducts.com ships medical products to many countries throughout the world.


We accept the following methods of payment for international orders:

  • Credit Cards: including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  • Bank Wire Transfers: Contact us to request our bank wire transfer information.
  • Purchase Orders:  For approved universities, companies, and other organizations, we accept purchase orders and offer credit terms.  For purchase orders, payment for the order should be made within 30 days of when the order is delivered.


When checking out on our website, the shipping options presenting on the Checkout -> Shipping page include UPS Worldwide delivery.  However, we normally ship international orders through the equivalent FedEx or DHL shipping service, because we have international shipping agreements with FedEx and DHL.


Simply enter your delivery address on the Shipping page of the checkout process, and you will be given a shipping cost calculated by UPS.  If you prefer to have us use DHL to ship your order, please mention your preference in the “Comments” section at the bottom of the checkout page.  DHL shipping costs are normally about 20% cheaper than the UPS rates you see during checkout.

Delivery Timeline

We keep most of our products in stock, which means they are usually available to be shipped to you immediately.  International orders are normally shipped within two business days of the order being placed.  Delivery times normally range from 5-10 business days after you place your order.  If there is going to be a delay, we will notify you through email or telephone.

Customs Clearance

When we ship international orders, we include all the documentation needed for the product to clear customs in your country.  In most cases, receiving your order from ProHealthcareProducts.com requires little or no effort after you’ve placed the order.  Our shipping partner usually handles all of the paperwork, and the customs clearance process is streamlined for you.

If you are notified by the shipping company that you need more documentation, such as approved CE marks that are sometimes required by countries in Europe, in order for your order to be processed, please contact us.  In these cases, we are glad to provide you whatever information you might need  complete the customs  clearance process so that you can receive your order.
