Their lightweight, compact and portable design is perfect for use while traveling on business or vacations, or in the comfort of your own home. An extremely durable composition allows you to attach them to HANDLES or ANCHORS, or use them without attachments. Using them with Handles makes the bands easier to grip. Anchors allow you to attach the bands to a wall or post for a different resistance motion. This product is most often used for strengthening and toning both upper and lower body.
These exercise bands are available in 8 resistance levels (XX-Light. X-Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, X-Heavy, XX-Heavy, and XXX-Heavy). Their Thera-Band color sequence makes them easily identifiable.
XX-Light is colored tan,
