Response Abdominal, Back, and Side Machine
The Response Abdominal, Back, and Side Machine can be configured to allow a patient to strengthen the core muscles that are essential to preventing or alleviating low back pain. Back extension, abdominal crunches, and side flexion exercises can all be performed on this piece of equipment and start and stop range of motion limiters can be used to prevent over exertion.
The weight stack provides 180lbs. of resistance with four 5lb. plates and sixteen 10lb. plates.
