QDo you offer volume discounts for multi-table or multi-location orders?
Yes. Volume discounts kick in on multi-unit orders of the same item (e.g., 3+ treatment tables, 5+ e-stim units). Multi-location clinic groups and franchise brands get custom pricing — call for a group quote.
QDo you accept purchase orders and Net 30 billing?
Yes. We accept POs from established clinics, hospital-owned practices, and multi-site groups. Net 30 is standard; longer terms available on request. W-9 and Certificate of Insurance provided within one business day.
QHow fast can consumables (electrodes, gel, tape) ship?
Most consumables ship within 1-3 business days. Rush orders for things like ultrasound gel or electrode pads before a busy week? Call and we'll expedite. We stock the common items so clinics don't have to.
QWhat about equipment warranties and service?
All equipment comes with manufacturer warranties (typically 1-2 years on modalities, longer on tables). We're an authorized dealer for Chattanooga, Whitehall, Hoggan, Baseline, and others — so warranty claims and service go through us, not a third-party phone tree.
QCan you ship to multiple clinic locations on one order?
Yes. Multi-site groups can submit a single PO with multiple ship-to addresses — we'll split the shipment, consolidate the invoice, and coordinate delivery timing with each location's facility manager.
