Secure one cable to a stationary object; the other to the appropriate measurement accessory. Set comes with 4 measurement accessories (ankle, thigh, wrist, head).

Tensiometer scale shows pounds and kilograms. Pointer remains at maximum until reset. Cable tensiometer set includes: 2 five foot chains, 4 snap hooks.
