How ARYA Go Service Works
| 1. Call us first. Contact our office to report the issue — we'll troubleshoot by phone to see if it can be resolved without a repair. |
| 2. Get an RMA number. If troubleshooting doesn't solve it, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the unit. |
| 3. Ship the unit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unit. |
| 4. Diagnosis & repair. Most repairs are done in-house as an authorized repair center, typically in 1–3 weeks including shipping. Compressor, motor, or motherboard repairs go to the factory and take about 4 weeks. |
